Advent pastoral visits: five Rome parishes from 27 November
One community per sector; first stop Sant’Andrea delle Fratte.

After the five Lenten visits (February–March), Pope Leo XIV will again visit Roman parishes in Advent, the Diocese of Rome said on 28 October. Schedule: Friday 27 November Sant’Andrea delle Fratte (Centre); Sunday 29 November San Carlo da Sezze in Acilia (South); 6 December Sant’Eligio in Lunghezza (East); 13 December Santa Lucia near Piazzale Clodio (West); 20 December San Roberto Bellarmino in Parioli (North).
Visits will be in the afternoon: welcome by Cardinal Vicar Baldo Reina, the sector auxiliary bishop and the parish priest; meetings with parish bodies; Mass. Reina said that through these parishes “our whole diocese is celebrating” and that the visits will also serve a “pastoral review” as the Pope indicated at the start-of-year assembly.
The first stop, Sant’Andrea delle Fratte (Minims), coincides with the feast of the Miraculous Medal.
